Alchemy Pay has Secured Money Transmitter License in Arkansas

Alchemy Pay has acquired a Money Transmitter License in Arkansas, issued by the Arkansas Securities Department. This license allows Alchemy Pay to operate compliant crypto payment services and handle transactions within the state. This license can be verified through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) by searching for “Alchemy Pay Inc.” or using NMLS ID “2449570.”

With this license, Alchemy Pay can legally engage in activities like selling or issuing payment instruments, handling stored value and prepaid access, and conducting virtual currency transactions for Arkansas residents. This development marks a significant step in Alchemy Pay’s U.S. expansion, adding to its growing portfolio of regulatory approvals and licenses in key markets worldwide, including Indonesia and Lithuania.

Robert McCracken, Ecosystem Lead at Alchemy Pay, noted, “This achievement reflects our commitment to regulatory compliance, which is essential for expanding our crypto payment services and bridging the gap between fiat and crypto economies in the U.S. and beyond.”

Alchemy Pay is also actively pursuing additional Money Transmitter Licenses in other U.S. states and working to acquire an Authorized Payment Institution License in the U.K. and licensing in Hong Kong as a Money Service Operator and Virtual Assets Service Provider. Earlier this year, Alchemy Pay gained recognition from Visa and Mastercard, reinforcing its role as an approved third-party service provider for these global payment networks.

Founded in Singapore in 2017, Alchemy Pay is a global payment gateway connecting crypto with traditional fiat systems for businesses and consumers. Alchemy Pay’s services include On & Off-Ramp solutions, NFT Checkout, Crypto Cards, and Crypto Payments across 173 countries. Its ACH token is available on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
